I found a reference to this paper recently (yes. through Twitter!) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. It’s called “Developing a better understanding of technology based pedagogy” and you can read it online with this link.
Published in the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (Volume 25, Number 5, 2009), the paper focuses on exploring a mixed-method study “… of learning to teach with information and communication technology (ICT)”.
