Online collaboration has become crucial to our business.

We find that working with our clients has become so much easier as discussions and everyday work is carried out online in forums, wikis, etc rather than scattered through a mass of email distributed (and largely inaccessible) in individual mailboxes.

Because of this our information management has improved enormously, and it is so much easier to deal with taking on new staff, clients, etc because of it.

We use http://www.ice3-portal.co.uk/ and have not looked back since we adopted it.

I think it should include the role of this collaboration in businesses. Many businesses are adopting PM tools like DeskAway, Liquidplanner, Lighthouse etc... I think this way collaboration becomes a part of peoples daily life.
